Scope
This notice explains how Ethan Wuang (“Reorder Desk”, “we”, “us”) processes information when providing inventory planning and demand-planning services.
Information we process
We process account contact information; Shopify store, product, variant, SKU, supplier, inventory, and order-line data; planning inputs; reports; and service activity. For Shopify-connected stores, Reorder Desk uses order-line SKU, quantity, and timing data for demand planning. We do not need or use customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, shipping addresses, or payment-card information to provide the service.
How we use information
We use this information to connect a merchant-authorized store, generate and validate demand forecasts, calculate inventory and stockout risk, prepare purchasing recommendations, deliver reports, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability. We do not sell customer or merchant operational data.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate the service, including Supabase for database and private file storage, Vercel for application hosting, Trigger.dev for background processing, Stripe for payments, Resend for delivery email, and Anthropic for automated report-quality review. Report content may also be processed by OpenAI and/or Google (Gemini) as additional automated reviewers, when those integrations are enabled, for the same report-quality review purpose. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us. We do not request or retain Shopify customer identity fields for planning.
Storage, retention, and deletion
Access tokens are encrypted. Reports and uploaded files are stored privately and served only through time-limited links. Raw uploaded source files are automatically deleted 90 days after submission. Delivered report content is automatically deleted 24 months after it was generated, whether or not the account remains active; aggregate planning metrics (forecast accuracy figures, not source data or report content) may be kept longer to power accuracy history. Reports and planning history are deleted sooner on a valid account-deletion request, unless legal obligations require longer retention. On app uninstall or a valid Shopify data-erasure request, we disable the connection and process the request in accordance with applicable law and Shopify requirements.
Your choices
